Shipping Policy
Shipping within Malaysia :
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via our standard shipping option with a flat charge of RM10 throughout Malaysia unless there is Free Shipping Promotion or voucher going on. All shipping comes with tracking number and you are able to track online.
Please note that orders received after 12pm (Monday to Friday) cannot be prepared or shipped until at least the next working day; this is a limitation imposed by the shipping firm collection procedures. In Malaysia, 'working days' include Monday-Friday but do not include public holidays.
Each item is packed in a box with bubble wrapping as protection.
We accept returns and exchanges. However, you will not be able to exchange for an identical piece because we do not make duplicates. Just contact me within: 7 days of delivery and Ship items back to me (must be with tracking number). Package needs to reach us within 14 days. However, buyer will bare all shipping charges. You MUST obtain our approval prior to shipping your return package to us.
We don’t accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Shipping outside Malaysia (Overseas) :
Shipping Internationally out of Malaysia will have two options: (1) Expedited by Express Air Mail with Tracking number. It delivers within 3-5 business days (2) Expedited by regular Air Mail with Tracking number. It delivers within 15-30 business days.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to buying. Items will be marked as Handbag on shipping waybill, with actual value.
